Service was quick but thorough. Upon arrival it was explained that to keep everyone safe that employees would be wearing masks as well as customers. And after my service everything that was completed was explained to me as well as what services I may want to consider completing to keep my vehicle in good running order. More

They were nice on the first visit, I came back with the same problem and they were quite as nice. Then when I came back for the third time for the exact same problem they really gave me an attitude. Between me, my daughter and grandson I just purchased 5 cars. All 3 of mine were new Souls my daughter a new Forte and my Grandson a used car for college. I purchased a 2017 a Soul and had several problems cars. All 3 of mine were new Souls my daughter a new Forte and my Grandson a used car for college. I purchased a 2017 a Soul and had several problems with the dealership which left me with many doubts about using Lokey. I went in for my oil change and after seeing many new faces decided to try again. My salesman Jack was friendly, honest, knowledgeable with the vehicle and it's options. I had such a positive experience and am so happy with my new car! More
