Worst sales experience of my life! I leased a Cadenza from this dealership three years ago and decided to purchase it last week at the end of my lease. When I went in to get the final p I leased a Cadenza from this dealership three years ago and decided to purchase it last week at the end of my lease. When I went in to get the final paperwork to see what I would owe, the dealership tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $899 for "pre-delivery services"! When I indicated that the back of my lease clearly states under PURCHASE OPTION AT END OF LEASE TERM I would owe a purchase option fee of $0.00 or a Dealer option fee of $0.00, they said bull, EVERYBODY PAYS THE $899 and they didn't have to look at my lease. Needless to say I totally disagreed and said I have a legal document which clearly state there are NO additional charges. I asked to speak with the general manager and Danny Campbell (sales mgr.) misrepresented himself to me and said he was the general manager and if I didn't like it I could buy it from another dealer who would also charge me the $899. He was very arrogant, disrespectful and demeaning in the way he addressed me. I have purchased over 4 vehicles from Lokey over the years but will NEVER again. When Mr. Campbell finally decided to get off his high horse and actually read the terms of the lease agreement (what a novel idea) it became apparent he was totally in the WRONG. Next day I got a call saying I would NOT owe the $899. I caution all people who have leased thru Lokey Kia to read closely the terms and not fall victim to what I perceive to be this strong arm and intimidating technique employed by Mr. Campbell to take advantage of his customers. More

This is the 5th vehicle I have leased from Lokey KIA. The 6th vehicle from Lokey dealerships. I reside in Trinity and have dealerships closer to my home, but none that I’ve found can deliver a competitive de 6th vehicle from Lokey dealerships.
