I entertained it they told me they could keep my payment the same and get me in a brand new car with my trade in. They did all that. They had an offer of a $500 gift card with the purchase of a new vehicle. (This is the second vehicle I bought there). I buy the car they tell me they gave me enough discounts and I don't deserve the gift card. I also asked about window tint they told me twice that they don't do window tinting anymore because it's a liability. After complaining to the better business bureau they offered to tint my windows lo and behold they tell me they have somebody that since windows there. After being lied to twice well more than twice and not honoring their advertising I will never buy a vehicle from them again. They offered to pay for my window tint I told them I would not let them touch my car and they can pay for it but I'm going to take it to my place and they can write me a check for it. My salesman was amazing I would recommend him to anybody just everybody else there is so pushy and then when you buy your car they don't give a s***. They are tinting my windows out of "good faith" if they would have just honored their advertisement five stars all the way around. More

I went in to purchase a KIA Cadenza and was quoted a price from Dan Campbell in front of myself and my Sales Rep Matthew Meillo (who was very helpful). This price was also confirmed to me by Matt in a Text but also by Dan Campbell on the phone days later. A week later I went in to purchase the KIA and was informed from Dan that he never quoted me this price even tho i had photo proof of the sales quote sheet and a text message from Matt confirming the quote as well. Even with the proof Dan still stated he never said that and treated me as if i was a liar. Anyone interested in getting a KIA do not waste your time or money at LOKEY KIA and go straight to Fuccillo Kia of Wesley Chapel not only was I treated great from them but also purchased the same Cadenza, same features, same color, even the same year with lower miles at the same price that was originally quoted to me from LOKEY KIA. Dont waste your time LOKEY and head down to Fuccillo. More

Unorganized Took car in for regular oil change, found out 5 recalls needed. Performed oil change and had to bring it back for the recalls. Asked for a loaner since they said they would have it all day, they said none available. Asked them to wash it after service. Picked it up a few hours later and found out they had to order parts for the recall and I would have to come back when the parts come in. And to top it off it wasn’t even cleaned! So this will be my 4th trip up there for something that should’ve been handled in 1. Very frustrated More
