Went to help my daughter purchase a car. She fell in love with a 2019 Hyundai Tucson. The issue I have is not with employees but the extra $1885 added to the price is not right. However Alan and Roger could have negotiated the price. I know if we would have waited another week the price would have lowered. A almost identical car had it's priced lowered by $1300. the next week. This dealership would be awesome if not for the extra fees. OK but Finance Dept a little shady, Sales Person, Alexis Hunter was great. Had a problem with Finance after the deal, loan term was extended from 65mo (as agreed) to 72mo, not informed Sales Person, Alexis Hunter was great. I feel that I was duped.....Daniel Conger worked hard to get my "asked for" deal but the Rep (Don't know name) that took care of my "closing' changed the term. More

Sam was excellent to work with and assisted with all of my questions and concerns. They even worked with me when I was unhappy with my original purchase to get me into a vehicle that I am very satisfied wi my questions and concerns. They even worked with me when I was unhappy with my original purchase to get me into a vehicle that I am very satisfied with (quickly). Daniel took the time to go over all paperwork with me (twice) and even assisted with fishing my credit card out of a very small space that my son put it in.
