This is my 5th INFINITI, I have been a loyal customer since 2001. I have purchased my most recent QX50S from the Louisville, KY location less than a year ago. (This is my 4th vehicle from this location since 2001. I have purchased my most recent QX50S from the Louisville, KY location less than a year ago. (This is my 4th vehicle from this location & both of my parents drive INFINITIs) Since I have purchased this vehicle I have had several issues. First off the PERMAPLATE was applied incorrectly all over my leather interior leaving marks and ultimately did not protect the leather. I brought my car in to the dealer around the 60th day of having it to address my concern. They told me to call PERMAPLATE. It took MONTHS to try to get it fixed, where I was given the run around by the dealer & the manufacturer. The dealer attempted to fix the issue & made it worse in sone spots. My leather to this day has issues! My sunroof has been making noises. I have brought my car into service twice over the issue and I keep being told they don’t hear anything! They had to replace the interface on the vehicle a few months after I had it because someone had gotten some substance on it, I’m assuming it was from the PERMAPLATE issues. Most recently I brought my car in for an oil change and it was returned to me with a damaged molding on the trunk that someone tried to cover up, leaving a FINGER PRINT & MARKS IN THE PAINT. I brought my car in yesterday and they denied what they did & accused myself of doing it!!!! They have treated me with such disrespect I am beyond disgusted. The financial manager, KEITH was mocking me, making faces to his friend who he allowed to stand there while we were having a discussion about the issue!!! I have been a customer since 2001! I am OCD when it comes to my cars and keep them so well maintained! It has been noted at trade ins!!! I am to the point where I have to contact the Better Business Bureau, and possibly legal advice if this is not addressed. They do not care at all what they have put me through and what my vehicle has been through since I’ve purchased it it’s completely unacceptable for the amount of money I’ve paid for the car with it supposed to have been brand new. If someone could please contact me as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it before I have to take this any further. They are refusing to replace the part they damaged and accusing myself of damaging it, and fixing it myself? Or taking it somewhere else? That doesn’t even logically make sense. If it was damaged somewhere else and someone else fixed it and did a horrible job, as my vehicle looks now with the cover-up they attempted, I sure wouldn’t be at INFINITI. I would be at the location that did the horrible job on my car and I never would have paid for it and I never would have left!! BUT that IS NOT what happened!! Louisville INFINITI has had my vehicle four or five times and I have had loaners. My vehicle has ONLY been to the dealership in Louisville Kentucky. I am prepared to go as far as I need to go with this because I know it has nothing to do with me. I am BEYOND disgusted and BEYOND disappointed and do not trust that location whatsoever. I am to the point where I DO NOT even want to drive an Infiniti anymore.. I had test drove a Mercedes and almost bought one and decided to stay with INFINITI which now I am completely regretting. I cannot believe they would treat someone like this, who has been loyal to them for this long. More

A MUST READ:::: I came out to this dealership from Chicago Illinois at the Managers request. Last year on APRIL 30th 2021 I rescued 2 young men out of a Drive by Shooting in my 2017 QX80. After I got Chicago Illinois at the Managers request. Last year on APRIL 30th 2021 I rescued 2 young men out of a Drive by Shooting in my 2017 QX80. After I got both of the young boys to the hospital my QX80 was unusable because blood was everywhere. Someone started a gofundme and got my interior replaced and it was good as new but my wife wouldn't ride in the vehicle because she is filipino and says the truck had bad spirits in it. I was upside down in payment and i had 375000 miles on it as I use it for work. My local infiniti dealership didnt have inventory and the car i wanted was at this dealership. So my Infiniti store called this one and the next thing I know I received a call from the Manager. He assigned a young man named Keith Jomnes to me and they asked me to drive out and that they wanted to help me. So I drove out there. When I arrived they inspected my vehicle and told me they would like to pay off my vehicle. They showed me then 2020 QX80 I liked asked me not to pay attention to the price and to just see if i liked it. After a test drive i was in love with the vehicle. They GAVE ME that vehicle at their cost and between the payoff of my old vehicle and the cost of the newer on I saved close to $12000 in expenses coming out here. The vehicle came with a life time warranty as well on powertrain as well which is nice after the 8 year unlimited milage warranty expires in 2028. The manager says "its nice to make money for the dealership but sometimes we have to do the right thing and just help people that help others." I cried and hugged the salesman when he told me the price and said the were buying my old one outright from me. You restored my lifestyle and my wife now drives with me in the new vehicle. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! More

In mid October I was looking for a white 2022 qx60 Infiniti autograph model. I found the above car at Infiniti of Louisville. I contacted one of the sales managers, Daniel E. He assure me that the c Infiniti autograph model. I found the above car at Infiniti of Louisville. I contacted one of the sales managers, Daniel E. He assure me that the car was coming in & if I would put a deposit of $ 1000.00 the car would be held for me. The next day I sent a deposit to his attention. I was told the car should be in November or early December. Between mid October & 21 December I contacted the dealership on several occasions & did not receive any reliable information. On December 21 I was in the dealership & was assured the car would arrive on 27th December. Daniel & I communicated by text about the price. The price was over $ 8500.00 more than the invoice I saw earlier. I was not pleased with the price, but at no time did I decline the car. On approximately January 5th I finally got to talk to Matthew Murphy, another sales manager, he pleaded dumb that he didn’t know anything about the car( he did know & just lied to me)but would call me back the next morning. At this time January 11 I have not heard from him. Since the dealership has caller ID they only talk to the people they want to. In the mean time I have received my deposit back saying the deal fell through. The car came in & was sold to someone else at a higher price. I repeat I did not decline the car & was not notified that it was in. I will give the dealership a rating of 1 star only because there is nothing lower. I would not recommend this dealership for anything. More

I'd say majority of people who keep buying INFINITI has a lot to do with their service department and how well run it is. Good Job Steve. There is very little turn around there and I've been a customer for over 8 years. It's been the exact same consultants in service, which says a lot. More
