Called and set an appointment for service 2 weeks prior. Dropped off vehicle night before the 10AM Appointment. Called Service center at 4:30PM as I needed my car for the next day, Was told that they had no Dropped off vehicle night before the 10AM Appointment. Called Service center at 4:30PM as I needed my car for the next day, Was told that they had not had an opportunity to look at and would need to keep the vehicle overnight to the next day.I needed my vehicle for the next day, that was the reason that I had set an appointment weeks in advance. Picked my car up and completed service elsewhere. Purchased my car new from Dellen as I am a local business owner and want to do business with local companies.While I am now in the market for a new Jeep not sure that Dellen would be my choice as it didn't seem that they were interested in taking care of customers they already had. More

Fast and thorough with the oil change and tires rotated. Purchased extra oil changes and already have free tire rotations with my tire replacement done at the dealership. If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment 2 weeks out drop my Jeep just to have a service light checked, leave my Jeep to be looked at 8am, at 12:30 no word so texted the Made an appointment 2 weeks out drop my Jeep just to have a service light checked, leave my Jeep to be looked at 8am, at 12:30 no word so texted the number to find out the status…no response, so I call 30-45 min he says the guys are at lunch and just pulled it in. 2 hours later call again because I had to find a ride home. And this time I get oh looks like it hasn’t been pulled in or looked at yet. xxx my “appointment “ was at 8 am and it hasn’t been looked at. Complete joke of a service department, told them I was picking my car up and all they could say was sorry bout that. Bro just lost a customer and you can bet everyone I know or brings up Dellen will know how they treat they’re customers. More
