Very unpleasant first experience with my brand new vehicle. Despite multiple inquiries about updates I was never given any call back. Had to show up at the dealership and asked for my vehicle back. Da vehicle. Despite multiple inquiries about updates I was never given any call back. Had to show up at the dealership and asked for my vehicle back. Dan was very confrontational and arrogant borderline unprofessional. I really wanted to use their service center because of the new dealership but I will stick to Eastgate which serviced my former '14 jeep that the new jeep replaced. I understand that their shop is very busy and answering customers can feel annoying but service providers need to understand that they need to provide customer service and that there are consequences for not meeting a minimum level of customer service and respect. More
