Daniel Erickson recently serviced our van, replacing the tires. There was an inadvertent mixup on the charges - we were supposed to receive a discount on the 4th tire - which we didn't even notice. Daniel noticed after we had already paid and left the dealership. He reached out several hours later, clarified the mixup, and initiated the process to get us the refund we were entitled to. I couldn’t have had a better experience. An email let me know my car was due for service. It was very easy to make an appointment at a time that was very convenient for me.
