Recently, you allowed us to replace the front brake pads with factory OEM brake pads to replace the aftermarket brake pads you installed but did not authorize the replacement of the front brake rotors with factory OEM rotors at that time. The existing surface condition of the front rotors may contribute to the brake noise you are experiencing. Since we last spoke, you authorized us to order new OEM factory rotors. Once the new front rotors are installed, we would like the opportunity to re-evaluate the vehicle and determine if the brake noise is still present. Sincerely, Michael Voss Toyota Vallejo
