Love this dealership! This is the second vehicle we have purchased at this dealership. Both times have been fantastic experiences. Most recently we purchased a Chrysler 300 This is the second vehicle we have purchased at this dealership. Both times have been fantastic experiences. Most recently we purchased a Chrysler 300. It is fully loaded and we feel bought it a very reasonable price. We also purchased the warranty this are so many bells and whistles to it. I want to thank Pat for being s patient with us. Truthfully we only came in to test drive and see if we really wanted a 300, we weren't quite ready to buy. But we fell in love with the car and all of it's features and could not find another like it. Pat was very nice and let us take our time. We came back the next day to purchase and were very pleased with our experience with Pat. Nathan was awesome to work with, very nice guy and a full of knowledge. He really explained the warranty options and was so helpful. I love this dealership so much, I sent my best friend there to purchase her Honda and I took my sister there to help her purchase her Jeep. Great experiences for them all! Thank you so much! More

Experience was not the ideal at all. Was told a vehicle was still available right before I traveled across town, then found out it had been sold that morning. Sales did not stick to my maximum that I was comfortable with and then had me drive something he knew I'd really like, but wouldn't tell me the price first. Told me I would have 45 days to make first payment on the loan, but that was not the case. Told me I would have 60 day tags because I'm buying on the Kansas side, but did not tell me I'd owe a $25 late fee at title/registration for over 30 days. Was permitted to finance my taxes into the loan, and took $800 less to lower my payments $10 per month, then my payment ended up being the same, and I still got $800 less. Was made to wait a long time for a finance person, then was rushed through the signing WHILE I was on the phone trying to get my insurance worked out (that was a whole other deal-breaker that the insurance company managed to resolve). Had a 30 day warranty with the dealership, bought a 3 year bumper-to-bumper warranty, and still had a manufacturers warranty when I drove it off the lot. Had problems with the battery dying on me and called AAA to jump me a couple of times. They ran a diagnostic on it that said there was a dead core in the battery (about a week of having the car). Called the dealership and they said it was probably just the cold weather, even after I told them about the dead core. They said they'd go ahead and replace it though. So another 1.5 weeks later, car started dying again. I called them back several times over a couple of days AND in a row. Even though I kept telling the answering service I wanted to speak with someone and not get voice mail, I was still put through to several voice mails, of which NO ONE returned the call. Finally got feisty with the admins that answer the phones and let them know I have to keep calling back over and over again, and that I need to speak with a live person. After making excuses they transferred me to the service department, of which I got a great person named "Jerry" that actually gave a hoot. He said to bring it on in, so I did that over lunch. I got there and told them I needed a car to drive while they have mine in the shop, and that I'm on lunch break. They told me they'd get with me shortly in the waiting room. 45 min later (after getting a call from my boss that I had a meeting coming up in 20 minutes), I went out and asked what the deal was. (unfortunately Jerry was not my service contact), and the "other guy" said they'd need to diagnose the car and I could rent a car inside, of which I went in and they told me I would have to pay for it first. Wrong answer, went back out to the service shop as suggested by the car loan people, (after they made me wait about 10 minutes) because they were putting 60-day tags together at their desks. So in the service department Jerry got involved and he explained to me that the manufacturers warranty won't cover a rental until they can contact them with a diagnosis. Hmmmm, I wonder why they were just using the manufacturers warranty when the vehicle supposedly had a 30 day warranty on it? (I opened that ticket way before the 30 days was up). So I was unwilling to pay for the rental and they gave me a ride back to work. Single woman with no family in town... FOUR DAYS LATER they figured out the electrical/computer problem and fixed it. After a couple of days of my telling them I need transportation, I got ahold of another person that actually understood customer service, (Chris Clark). He got a car rental approved by the used car manager for me. I did decline because it was rush hour, end of the day, I was afraid of how long I'd have to wait once I got there, they said they found the problem, and the car should be fixed the next day. Next day, car not quite fixed, there's still a problem, (I'm glad they were making sure it was repaired fully), but did not have the part and again did not have any information for me until the end of the day. I went without a car again. I finally got news that it was ready and good to go, but I would have to pay a $100 deductible. I let them know that I would not be paying a $100 deductible on a car with three warranty's that I drove for a total of a week in the space of a month and to talk with the sales department about it. After checking with the sales department, which should have been done all along, they said they'd pay it. I appreciate those that did seem to understand the customer service side of all this, but I was not taken care of as I should have been, and this was not a good experience for someone to have to go through when buying a car. I looked at the business cards I had several times and wondered how they got "Dealer of the Year" (2016-2017) through Dealer Rater. Things go wrong, I get that, but this was just handled horribly for the most part. Also, I brought the car to them clean (outside) and got it back dirty. More

#1 in Outstanding customer care and service Brought my van (warmachine) 2010 t &c, to be diagnosed. Found out that it would be better, if I was to get a newer version. I had a need for a van and Brought my van (warmachine) 2010 t &c, to be diagnosed. Found out that it would be better, if I was to get a newer version. I had a need for a van and they got me into one. After a few days I was no longer happy with the results of my purchase. Not only did they get me out of the van I was driving at the moment but they were able to work with me on a nicer newer version of my so beloved warmachine, with a 2016 t&c. I have never been so happy with a dealership and their staff. They went to bat for me and fought for me and my needs in a van. I will be coming back to Olathe Chrysler Dodge, Jeep for every car purchase I have in my family and in the future. Thanks to Brendan Moutray, Daniel Guebara and Cory Bunger they made a life time customer out of my experience. Friendly, caring, enjoyable buying experience!!! Worked with Miguel, Daniel, and Nathan with our purchase. Been looking at cars all day at other dealerships and got the run around from a few. Came to Worked with Miguel, Daniel, and Nathan with our purchase. Been looking at cars all day at other dealerships and got the run around from a few. Came to Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep with no expectations of driving away in a newly purchased car. Spoke with Miguel and Daniel about what we were looking to get. They came up with the perfect car below the price we were expecting. During the test drive, Miguel went over the features of the car and then sat back for a few minutes for us to experience the car without any interruption. It gave us the perfect opportunity to get a real world feel for the car. Once we return and decided to purchase the car, Miguel and Daniel worked hard to get us to the exact payment we wanted. Once we come to a quick agreement, we were taken quickly over to finish up the paperwork with Nathan, went over our additional options, like GAP, bumper to bumper extended warranties, key insurance, additional protective coating on the finish, and what the options would take our monthly payment amount up. We chose a couple of the options that we felt we had to have and then Nathan quickly finished up by having us sign and initial all the necessary locations on each of the forms. It was nice to know he was taking time to ensure we hit everything even though the dealership had already started closing. After we were done with the paperwork, Miguel took us back down to where the car was and we saw that they had completely cleaned and shined the car up for us. They made us feel like we were driving a brand new, never driven before, car off the lot. And to stay past closing to get it done was amazing. More

Was a breath of fresh air after a terrible experience at another like brand dealership. Very happy that we decided to come on over to Olathe just to look at the 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Dodge Dart. We are now in a vehicle that we can confidently drive for years to come. More
