Not much help after the sale I recently purchased a Rogue Sport. They said they didn't have the original owners manual, but it would be ordered and mailed to me within the week. T I recently purchased a Rogue Sport. They said they didn't have the original owners manual, but it would be ordered and mailed to me within the week. Three days after purchase I contacted the salesman because the heater blower wouldn't work. He said he would look into it and get back to me. I have yet to hear back. I also contacted customer care and told them about that and the owners manual. I was told to "let them know if I have any other problems", still not addressing my original question. The final straw was getting a text from the salesman ONE WEEK LATER telling me the service department was already closed when he went to order my owners manual and he would do it Monday. This should have been taken care of the first day. They were great during the buying process, but I am not impressed with how they have/have not handled issues I've had. More
