While I do recommend this dealership and it’s people I have negative feedback regarding communication in the service department. I called on Tuesday to set an appointment for warrantied oil change and brake work prior to leaving town. I was clear that I was leaving at noon on Friday and would need the vehicle back by then. It was communicated to me that if I was in by 8, noon would be feasible. I received a confirmation call for my appointment tomorrow at 9:45. I called to verify that this was correct. 9:45 rather than8 seems to be pushing it. Daniel said that for the work being done they would need 6 hours. This is really frustrating as I would’ve scheduled the work for Wednesday or Thursday if I’d been given the correct info up front. So when I canceled tomorrow’s appointment because of Landers mistake, Danial had the opportunity to extend some level of service and make the situation right. For example, “ bring it in by 8 and we will take care of it” he chose not to do that. A little communication and or problem solving goes a long way. Let’s try again. We have to, the very expensive warranty I purchased is through you.
Every time I go for whatever service I find I have been lied to on different things that I was told was covered under warranty. Than I had to replace a battery that was only 3 years old. Was told my back brakes were fine. Take it somewhere else and was told the pads were bad. I had planned on buying another vehicle after this one is paid off but I won't be coming to this dealership.
