Poor communication My part came in over a month ago and I'm still waiting on a phone call as to when I can bring my car in. A part that should be under warranty, they are stating it's been eaten by a rodent and I need to pay half. The sensor lights were on 3 days of the purchase of the car. My car is garage kept and 7 other vehicles on the property. Never have I had this issue. I've called numerous times, when speaking to the service reps they are very nice, but do not follow through. When I call back they act like they have no idea who I am or what I'm talking about. On a good note I give the sales dept 5 stars, very disappointed in service. I'm still awaiting to have a few minor things fixed that was wrong when I bought the car. I do love my car! More

The salesman Dan Lazzaro was a low key no pressure salesman, I told him I was pre-approved and he gave me other optio Purchased a used 2016 Ram 1500. The salesman Dan Lazzaro was a low key no pressure salesman, I told him I was pre-approved and he gave me other options in case my pre approval fell through. Since I was absolutely sure, I wanted the truck. He drew up two contracts and asked, if I wanted to talk to the financing dept. I agreed so I can have more options. Turns out, even though my credit union offered a lower rate they added other types of insurance on the back end making my payment higher. Although Murray Ford was a point higher (still very affordable) they were transparent & upfront about all optional or extra warranties and insurance. and with no pressure to take any of it. There finance dept. totally understands that most car/truck buyers are on a budget and most buyers want honesty from the start and that's what I got. I was treated with respect, and courtesy by Dan and the rest of the staff This honest approach to business caused me to have them draw up a contract and I drove off with the truck wanted with payments I could afford. Wasn't planning on buying a truck today, but... Like the title says, my wife and I were not planning on purchasing a new truck today. This was supposed to be a fact finding mission. We wanted to l Like the title says, my wife and I were not planning on purchasing a new truck today. This was supposed to be a fact finding mission. We wanted to look at two Chevrolet Silverado trucks at two different dealerships. Ironically, they were both located at Ford dealerships. The first was at Santa Fe Ford in Alachua. The salesman there was very nice black gentleman. He was knowledgeable, and there was no pressure. The first truck was a 2015 Silverado. We drove it and liked it but the mileage was at the top of my range and there were a few significant scratches on it. We wanted to look at the one at Murray before we committed so we drove to Starke and I am glad we did. We were greeted by Salesman Daniel Lazzaro. Daniel allowed us to drive the silver 2016 Silverado and my wife really liked it. I had already done my homework so I knew what the ballpark price would be and when the figures came back Daniel was in that ballpark. He was a little low on what they wanted to give for my trade but you never get as much on trade as you do if you sell it outright. Therefore, we kept her old truck. We got a good warranty on the 2016 that other dealerships didn't offer. The truck was in great shape, it had half as many miles and did I mention my wife loved the truck??? I guess we are buying her a new truck today. We signed the paperwork and since it was late, (banks were already closed), he allowed us to take the truck home. The next day we took them a check for the vehicle. There was no pressure and it didn't take up a bunch of my time. There also was another salesman that assisted Daniel. His name escapes me at the moment but he was a big black fella that looks like he could play for the Jaguars. He also was a gem of a fella.
