I don’t know what the role of the sales person was. There was no price negotiations. He basically met us, showed us the car, took us on a test drive, and then asked if we wanted to purchase. Then tu There was no price negotiations. He basically met us, showed us the car, took us on a test drive, and then asked if we wanted to purchase. Then turned us over to the finance person. No real effort to help with our trade in. We had a quote from Carmax, no effort to realistically meet that. Other than the test drive, the salesperson did nothing. Finance person was helpful, but didn’t clearly represent the true price of the car after add ons. Focused more on the monthly payment amount. More
