Purvis Quality I had dropped my Ford F-150 off for a warranty issue and a oil change. I also needed to have one of the tires looked at for a slow leak. The work wa I had dropped my Ford F-150 off for a warranty issue and a oil change. I also needed to have one of the tires looked at for a slow leak. The work was done very quickly and to my surprise they wen the extra mile by taking the entire tire off the truck and put it in a water sink to check for a leaks. They didn't find one, but they did reseat the value stem. I was very impressed by the extra attention to detail that Purvis did to reduce the possibility of a slow leak in the tire. The warranty issue and the oil change was preformed with great care and attention to detail. A great place to have one's vehicle repaired or worked on. Thanks to the professional group of workers at Purvis. More

F350 Diesel Repair I called in to make an appointment for service on my F350. I appreciated the honesty of my service advisor, Daniel Mullins, on when they thought they I called in to make an appointment for service on my F350. Once the issue was diagnosed, Daniel called to explain what the issue(s) where and what it would cost to repair. He also advised what parts they had in stock and what would require ordering and their availability. As soon as the vehicle was ready he called and notified me. More

Dan Mullins did a fantastic in ensuring my 2012 diesel F250 was properly serviced. He was honest in his assessment and did not try to mislead me into getting service that was not necessary for my vehicle. F250 was properly serviced.
