Daniel Nevidomsky - sales consultant - is very professional, very knowledgeable and has very good customer service skills. All my questions were answered promptly and with full information. I could contact Daniel even on Saturday and Sunday with my questions and he always was very polite and friendly. Daniel sent me quotes very quickly and did not hide any numbers. When I called back with my final decision, my numbers never changed. It took one day from the moment I said "Yes, I accept this offer" to delivery my car to my home. I was at work and did not have to take time off to do anything to get a new car. The whole process was very easy and no stress at all. Daniel did all paperwork for me, picked my car from dealer, registered it, called to my insurance and brought it to my house when I asked him. Today I have new car without any headache. Thank you!!! Daniel called me back (in a shorter time span than I began my process by reaching out to Mr. Daniel Nevidomsky with the specific make, model and trim. Daniel called me back (in a shorter time span than he initially stated) shortly after with pricing , details and expected delivery if I was to move forward at that moment. To compare pricing I went to another dealership, a dealership that I dealt with for my previous lease. They provided me with what SEEMED to be a better deal. After further communication with the other dealership I quickly began to realize that I was baited with what seemed to be a sweeter deal to only be fooled later as they began to play games with me. I returned to Daniel and explained how everything happened. Mr. Nevidomsky understood my situation and was happy to see that I returned to him as he was eager to prove to me why working with him and EAutoLease was the right choice. Within a few hours my car was chosen to my initial request of make, model and trim, pricing met my requirements, and Mr. Nevidomsky was able to lower the price of my lease below what I initially expected and what he even quoted initially. All the paperwork, insurance and etc. was done by Mr. Nevidomsky with high precision and expertise, leaving me with no headache or worries, as I realized I was in great hands.
