The first salesperson on the phone was very dismissive and really didn't have great customer service skills. I got off the phone and swore that I was not doing the dealership thing again. I came across eAutoLease through a Google search and was nervous at first because I had never heard of this method of car buying. However, I researched the company and read reviews and felt more comfortable with moving forward with contacting them. Daniel responded to me very quickly on a Saturday. He was very accessible by phone or text throughout the process. I told him what I wanted, he found it, and the car was delivered to my house in Philadelphia on the following Saturday. This process was astonishingly simple and painless. They do everything for you. You NEVER have to go through the dealership again. No haggling, no manipulation, no driving around comparing deals.
