We're repeat customers to Ferguson GMC and based on our most recent experience, it definitely will NOT be our last time! A young lady who ended up being our sales person, held the door open for us and greeted us very politely and welcomed us to Ferguson. She was as kind and as Knowledgeable as anyone shopping for a vehicle has ever been to us. That fact wasn't a surprise to us, as we have always been treated exceptionally respectful at Ferguson's. It also washed away any fears we had of being mistreated or mishandled by a sales person, and put us at ease. She was able to answer any question that we had, immediately and without hesitation. We had the opportunity to see and speak with our former salesman, who is now the sales manager.. (No big surprise!) We live in Arizona, but frequent Oklahoma . Since our first encounter with Ferguson, we have always and will always continue to buy a vehicles from them! No need to go elsewhere, certainly no need to shop in Arizona, because it is a much higher stress and forceful situation there. Thank you, Allie and Daniel, you guys along with the rest of your staff, made our experience extremely painless and very exciting! Vehicles are much more expensive these days and when dropping over $100,000 on a truck, you really hope to be treated with respect. You guys nailed it! More

As soon as I drove it, I knew I was leaving with my new car. Once I got back from my test drive, they welcomed me in, had all the paperwork ready, and Brandon had me in and out of Finance in under an hour. These guys are pros, and have the process down to an art. They're also here to take care of you. They care about how you are, and how you like everything.
