I went to heritage after my car I share with my partner had yet another mechanical issue after putting 4000 dollars into it this year alone. I had very low expectations since I don't make a large amount of money. Even with COVID precautions everything went smoothly. It took a few hours of waiting and processing but to my disbelief Daniel gave me the keys to my new car! It was exactly what I wanted and everyone worked so hard to make sure I was satisfied. I came back a few weeks later to pick up the mats and a few missing pieces. Overall I couldn't be more pleased or grateful to Heritage Toyota and Daniel. very pleased customer. More

We had a very positive experience at Heritage Toyota purchasing a car for our son. We came from across the country to move our son into UVM and were anxious about finding a car during our brief stay i purchasing a car for our son. I chose to explor I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have never had a worse experience as a customer in my life than working with Heritage Toyota. I chose to explore things with them because they had amazing reviews and I thought it was going to be a pretty straightforward experience. That was not the case, from the moment I stepped in I felt under-prioritized, not taken seriously, and frankly like I was a burden to the sales-rep. I went in wanting to look at RAV-4s, leased and pre-owned to compare options. It was like pulling teeth to get the salesperson to even talk to me about leasing. I had to ask FOUR times before I finally was able to get a price workup. After learning about all my options, I decided to look at a preowned RAV. It was PERFECT and I was so excited after my test drive that I was ready to move forward that same day. I expressed my interest and left the dealership to go speak with my bank. I got my financing lined up and called back to lock in the deal with Heritage. After some minor negotiating we landed on a price. It was 6:15pm, 45 mins before they closed and I offered to come in and put a deposit down. I was told that there was no need for that and that I should come in the next morning to get it all taken care of. I had figuratively signed the dotted line. I set an appointment for the following morning at 9:30 to get everything officially squared away. Fifteen minutes before my appointment, Daniel (my sales rep) called me and said that there was someone in the dealership buying that car. Blamed it on company policy and said they really wanted work with me on something. Basically he fed me a ton of xxxxxxxx about why a car that was a done deal was getting sold out from under me, 15 minutes after they opened the following day. He proceeded to turn around and offer me a car with 20,000 more miles on it, a lower model with none of extras, but a couple model years newer. I declined and will NEVER be working with them. If you're interested in an incredibly high pressure sales experience, not being prioritized, bad faith deals, and all the usual smarmy car sales tricks, I'd encourage you to work with Heritage. If you're not after that, take your money elsewhere and especially do not work with Daniel Pasco. More

So if you are looking to exchange your previous labor for goods in the form of a motor vehicle and traditional dealerships haven't been replaced by more efficient methods like Vroom, you could do much worse then Heritage. *cough autotrader* Dealt with Chuck and Daniel the father-son team from the movie stepbrothers. Knowledgeable about cars and the yearly Catalina wine mixer. More

Chuck Heingartner met with me on my first visit and was very generous with his time. He patiently walked me through all of details of the RAV4 Hybrid (it was our first Toyota purchase so I had a lot of questions!). He was knowledgeable, friendly and sincerely enthusiastic about both the dealership and the Toyota brand. Following Chuck's snowboarding mishap, we completed the sale with Dan Pasco, who was equally patient, friendly and knowledgeable.
