My Dealer is Neil Kaplan! I live 5 minutes from a Mercedes dealership but I travel about an hour to go to Helms Bros. My dealer, Neil Kaplan was always very accommodating and g I live 5 minutes from a Mercedes dealership but I travel about an hour to go to Helms Bros. My dealer, Neil Kaplan was always very accommodating and goes above and beyond! The service team is awesome!! I've always had my issues resolved and they definitely go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I full heartedly recommend Andrea, Daniel or Jack as service advisors. They are genuinely concerned and will go out of their way to make their clientele happy. Definitely Mercedes quality. ^_^ More

Good Service I had come EMRACE issues with my new C300. My service advisor was Daniel Rhee, who was very professional. He was genuinely concerned with my time constraints, and gave me occasional updates while I waited. He let me know exactly what was happening, and my alternatives if my car was not fixed in a timely manner. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with....I appreciate his help. More
