My Dealer is Neil Kaplan! I live 5 minutes from a Mercedes dealership but I travel about an hour to go to Helms Bros. My dealer, Neil Kaplan was always very accommodating and goes above and beyond! The service team is awesome!! I've always had my issues resolved and they definitely go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I full heartedly recommend Andrea, Daniel or Jack as service advisors. They are genuinely concerned and will go out of their way to make their clientele happy. Definitely Mercedes quality. ^_^ More
