All thorough the years, the service department took great care of my care, and were always willing to answer my questions and help me out with any problems I had. When it was time for a new car, no thought about it. I went right back to Subaru and got a great buy on my leftover 2018 model. Only issue and it is a systematic one is the hassling for a price (I know the Saturn model failed). It is such a hassle to deal with pricing since the purchaser really has no idea what a car really costs and what a reasonable profit should be for the dealership. Nevertheless, the dealership was considerate enough to come close to what I was willing to pay and so our deal was done (and much cheaper than 3 other Suburu dealerships in our area and region). 5. I would recommend visiting a dealership to drive the car and then use the online experience to get some idea what their competitors are willing to sell their car. It is the only way, I think, that this is the only way that the consumer be satisfied that they did their best due diligence. More
