The Best Dealership I hadn't owned a car in over 10 years. Looking to buy one now was a big undertaking for me - deciding which maker, model, which dealership and all oth I hadn't owned a car in over 10 years. After settling on a model (Subaru Crosstrek), I started a search for a dealership. After an unpleasant experience with a dealership in New York City, I was lucky to find Liberty Subaru in Emerson, NJ. Working with Dan was the most pleasant and smooth experience. I didn't feel rushed or pushed or overwhelmed with information as it usually happens while dealing with sales. Dan took time to explain to me everything in details and disclosing information about the car, price and every step of the process. I was able to setup an appointment when I felt comfortable and it was convenient for me. Dan provided his support along the way and answered all my questions and concerns, as I was making the choices and decisions for all options and wants in the car and the service. I definitely will come back to this dealership and work with Dan again. They really provide outstanding service. More

Most pleasant car buying experience I’d been to two other dealerships looking at Foresters before landing at Liberty Subaru. Having had high pressure experiences at both, my guard was definitely up and I was somewhat dreading the experience. I had found the Forester I was interested in online but when I reached out by email, Dan Rovelli called to let me know it had just been sold. Knowing what I wanted Dan recommended another car and I made the trek from Hoboken the next day to check it out. I took it out for a test drive and I knew this was the car. Throughout the process Dan was great to work with and I didn’t feel pressured like I did other places. We ultimately landed at a price that we both were happy with without the high stress tactics. Dave Finkel went over the financials with me and reviewed warranty extensions. Similarly, he was great to work with — taking the time to explain options and answering all my questions. While I initially dreaded the car buying experience, I’d highly recommend Dan, Dave and Liberty Subaru. I didn’t think buying a car could be that seamless and dare I say, enjoyable. I honestly should’ve started there instead of going anywhere else. More
