Never did I feel pressured to make a decision on the spot or add options I didn't need. The finance department handled all my paperwork quickly and the service department had the car prepped and ready that night. Dan spent plenty of time with me explaining all the features of my new Outback and I felt very comfortable driving off the lot. Follow up from Dan was also excellent.
