Easy Buying Experience I looked into some Subaru’s online and Dan got back to me later that day. All my questions were answered in the timely manner. Although I did not like that I have to wait for my car to arrive for 2 weeks , I realized that this situation was out of the Dan ‘s control. Ultimately, the Dan ‘s salesman style seems to be ideal combination of personal and professional qualities , such as friendliness, trustworthiness, and professionalism . The finance part of buying was darken by pressure from Dave to buy an extended warranty and his visible irrigation that I would not do that . However , Dave was efficient and articulated. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions and concerns. More

Great experience! I found Liberty Subaru to be very professional and friendly. I met with the sales consultant, Daniel, and business manager, Tom, to talk about the Fo I found Liberty Subaru to be very professional and friendly. I met with the sales consultant, Daniel, and business manager, Tom, to talk about the Forester and leased one the same day. The Forester rides nicely - it's very comfortable, quiet and more importantly safe! I would highly recommend Liberty Subaru to all those in the market for a new car! More

Friendly and professional I first heard from Dan after contacting "True Car" about a 2018 Forester. This would be my family's fourth one from Liberty. After our initial convers I first heard from Dan after contacting "True Car" about a 2018 Forester. This would be my family's fourth one from Liberty. After our initial conversations, it looked like I might take my daughter's used Forester. When I told Dan it was off, he was respectful and not pushy. Just said to contact him again if things changed. They did. I did a lot of research both in NJ and MA. Dan was very low pressure and honest. He warned me against dealers with a low-ball figure that jumped higher from exorbitant fees tacked on. We reached a meeting of the minds. I am more that satisfied with the price, the financing process and the delivery transfer. Also, the service department has never let me down so I really did want to return my business to Liberty. More
