Saved the day Walker Ford's Dan Victory and their mechanic, John saved our vacation! They helped us out when our air conditioning died. They got us in, fixed the Walker Ford's Dan Victory and their mechanic, John saved our vacation! They helped us out when our air conditioning died. They got us in, fixed the problem, dealt with the warranty details and got us out in record time! They would definitely be our go to dealer if we lived in Clearwater, Florida!! More

Vince Ramano to the rescue I bought a 2016 F150 in July. Since that time I have called several times to get an appointment for a oil change. Each time I call they say they are b I bought a 2016 F150 in July. Since that time I have called several times to get an appointment for a oil change. Each time I call they say they are booked out for a week. So I posted a review on dealerratet and Vince called me right away. Vince was very nice and apologized for the issue. He asked me when I wanted to come in for service and I left immediately for the dealership. Dan checked me in and promised to call as soon as they were done. He did and I picke d up my truck all in about an hour and a half. More

Thanks Lily for getting me in and out so very quickly!!! As always Walker service is world class...I just cannot see myself going anywhere else. Walker service is what Ford Dealer service should be, and these guys NEVER fall short of doing it correctly, quickly, no muss no fuss. I made an appointment and Lily Johnson was waiting at the service line, I made it on time, they took the truck in right away, took care of what it needed, done deal on my way!!! My advice is if you are going to spend your hard earned cash on a new vehicle, let the Pros at Walker take care of it. Why take chances with your investment, and your safety.... Thanks Again CBS More
