Rock Star Customer Service "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix "Walker is Ford" as their slogan says; I took my car for a warranty extension problem with the transmission and these people ran the extra mile to fix the problem. I had been dealing with the problem since I bought the car. I took the car to "other" Ford dealers and never fixed it like Walker Ford. My car is better now than when I bought it.
