As service assessments' go, of course after the assessment Dan called me to share the results of the mechanical assessment and next steps - Dan's clear communications and guidance helped me to make an informed decision to have the additional service also completed. I had been dealing with the problem since I bought the car. I took the car to "other" Ford dealers and never fixed it like Walker Ford. My car is better now than when I bought it. Daniel Victory - Great Service I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an ap I purchased a new Ford Explorer 2017 from Walker Ford this past month. The car had problems stating up on 2/1/2016. I called Walker Ford and set an appointment for 11 am that same day. Based on my conversation, the service technician said it sounded like a faulty battery. When I arrived a the service center there was no record of my appointment and the service person said I could leave the car and come back. I was upset. Daniel Victory at that point stepped in and said he would get the car serviced right away. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the battery and I was on my way home. He was very professional and saved what could have been a very poor customer experience. I want to thank him for acting so promptly and turning the experience into a very positive one.
