I had been to 3 other dealerships within a week prior to this one. Everyone I encountered made the experience pleasant. I told them exactly what I wanted and he had it ready. There was no hassle with the price. Since this was my first financing experience I didn't consider any warranties,however, I still came out w a brand new vehicle for a price I'm satisfied with with a warranty! The team was great. Byron, Daniel, and Charwick. Even their colleagues were nice. I'm a young lady and made the deal myself. (I know most women are skeptical to go by themselves). I would highly recommend this Kia dealership as I went to 3 others in the metroplex and walked away. This one made me feel like I was working with family. The finance/warranty part required a little more patience as I wasn't quite prepared, but he gave me time to make my calls and we wrapped up a deal I was satisfied with. More

Phenomenal service! Buying a car isn't exactly something we were looking forward to, honestly. Jonathan was so great. He really listened to my concerns and requests. His customer service was absolutely phenomenal as well. By the time we got over to Daniel in financing, it was getting to the end of their shift. They stayed past closing to finish up our deal. Both guys had us cracking up laughing. They were seriously so great. My car wasn't ready to leave the lot since the service department was already closed, but Jonathan drove 20 minutes down the road to personally deliver it to me that following Monday. We enjoyed them so much, in fact, that my husband is actually coming back next week to get himself a car too! More
