My name is Daniel Williams. I have worked with Kia for over 4 years now. I chose Kia because it is a brand that is easy to get behind. I have 2 children and a wonderful wife, so knowing that my family's safety is a priority to Kia, in its vehicles, makes it that much easier to know that I am offering my customers a great, quality product. Very Pleased! - Above and Beyond Expectation The management (Curtis) and salesmen (Daniel and Scot) of Kia Hurst made me and my family feel so at home from the moment we set foot on the property The management (Curtis) and salesmen (Daniel and Scot) of Kia Hurst made me and my family feel so at home from the moment we set foot on the property to the time we rolled off the lot with our vehicles. They warmly greeted us at the door and took time to listen, in detail, to the types of vehicles we were interested in. They answered every question with competence and care. We were never treated as a number. Their hospitality and guinune effort to place us in vehicles tailored to our needs and desires was stellar! We had not purchased new vehicles since 2005. We were completely out of touch with how to play the game of selling and buying a car. At Kia Hurst, we didn't have to play games. They were at our service hand and foot. They even called us, nearly a week later, to see how we were enjoying our new vehicles. We were blown away by their care, to say the least. Kia Soul-fully Satisfied Daniel was very pleasant to work with, unlike any other car salesman I’ve encountered. He asked many questions to understand what I needed in a vehicl Daniel was very pleasant to work with, unlike any other car salesman I’ve encountered. He asked many questions to understand what I needed in a vehicle and what I wanted beyond practicalities. Daniel was very thorough in explaining all aspects of the vehicle but in a practical way where I actually enjoyed hearing about mundane details like back-up cameras and fold-down seats. There was a clear excitement about him that was almost giddy. And he’s funny and engaging, which is a big plus in what can be a very stressful decision making moment. He was patient while I deliberated. He made no obvious effort for a hard sale. I actually had fun buying a vehicle! The overall vibe of the dealership was very nice, almost hip. Everybody really seemed to enjoy their job and working together. It appeared to be a very collaborative and collegial environment. No stress. No pressure. No hassles. More

Extremely Knowledgeable, and Friendly!!! Came to this dealership after not finding what I was looking for at another dealership. Immediately upon exiting the car, Daniel greeted and asked wha Came to this dealership after not finding what I was looking for at another dealership. Immediately upon exiting the car, Daniel greeted and asked what type of car we were looking for. Since we were interested in a couple of docent cars, both were brought to the front within 15 minutes of us being there, while we waited in there beautifully organized showroom. The staff were all very helpful in helping us determine how comfortable people would fit in the car, as we have tall people in our family. Did not expect to fall in love with the car during the test drive, but I did! We were able to get the WHOLE process done in two hours, and now I'm the proud owner of a new Kia!! More
