Phenomenal dealership! I went into Audi of Hoffman estates on Saturday to browse for luxury sedan, I was really interested in a 2012 to 2014 preowned S4 but when I saw a 201 I went into Audi of Hoffman estates on Saturday to browse for luxury sedan, I was really interested in a 2012 to 2014 preowned S4 but when I saw a 2015 Audi A6 my jaw dropped on how sharp the car looked, it was also well equipped with the options that I would want in a luxury sedan of this class. I started talking to Will Smith about the cars that I was interested in and was very pleased on how nice and professional he was! Will is an phenomenal sales person that never made me pressured to make a deal that day and it was nice to see that himself was also an auto enthusiast. I was worried that I was going to be discriminated or treated differently because of me only being 21 but I never felt that way when working with Will. Buying process was simple and I was even able to get a loan through Audi USA and that was a well welcome surprise! All the paper work was easy because the staff at Audi of Hoffman Estates were very clear and made it easy to understand what I was getting into. The facility itself was very clean and the show room was emaculant! Will was nice enough to show me into the back of the building to show me there of the Audi r8s that was in the building and I truly do appreciate that! In conclusion I'm extremely satisfied with purchasing a vehicle from Audi of Hoffman estates because of the friendlyness and the professionalism of the staff. I do look forward to coming back and working with Will again when I decided to purchase another vehicle and yes I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More

Purchase of Audi Q7 recap I visited the dealership to test drive an Audi Q7. I was greeted the moment that I walked in by a very knowledgeable young salesperson. Her name is Va I visited the dealership to test drive an Audi Q7. I was greeted the moment that I walked in by a very knowledgeable young salesperson. Her name is Valentina Maciunas. Valentina joined me on a test drive and introduced me to all the benefits of driving a Q7. I loved the car, but wanted to drive several more competitors vehicles. I also told Valentina that I was interested in buying a certified used vehicle. Valentina listened to what I wanted and told me that she will follow up when she found the perfect car for me. The next Saturday she texted a photo of the vehicle I purchased! I travel extensively for my job and only have Saturdays to look for a car, and Valentina listened, followed up and delivered on what she promised. She is an excellent representative for Audi. I would highly recommend working with her to any customer interested in an Audi. I love the car! Nick spent time with me before I left the dealership with my new car. Treated like a Queen I have been wanting an Audio my whole life, I did a lot of research into which SUV I wanted. I finalized my dream vehicle as the 2018 Q5 2.0 Turbo Prestige top fully loaded. I was not going to settle for less as I wanted the best. I went in was taken care of by Valentina who by the way couldn't do enough to make me feel more at ease for my purchase. Then Don the Finance manager made everything even more comfortable for me through the whole process. Also there was the learning curve for this SUV as it is completely wifi, computer assisted touch pad console, they set me up with appointments for training if you can believe that so I would be fully knowledgeable in every aspect of my new purchase. I want to thank everyone that helped me in my purchase of this beautiful Audio Q5 !!!!! More

As someone who is in sales and knows the importance of customer service, my wife and I were blown away how amazing Valentina and the entire Audi HE team were to deal with. From completely unnecessary things like letting our kids pick out little gifts to how quickly (but never feeling rushed) the paperwork process was with Eddie Cuevas, the entire team was truly top notch. We've been bringing Audis to Audi HE for years for service, but this was our first purchase experience. I can tell you this won't be our last. Truly exceptional. More
