The last time I had my car serviced I had the weirdest experience and I hope that it never happens again. I made an appointment because my car had code errors on it. I made the appointment through the on experience and I hope that it never happens again. I made an appointment because my car had code errors on it. I made the appointment through the online service that is offered and asked for a valet service. In the text messages and the emails I received it said that my car was going to be valeted and I would have a loaner car while my car was being serviced. This is free through Volvo and that is why I bought a Volvo. I was leaving on a road trip and had a ton of errands I needed to run while my car was being worked on so I could leave. My appointment was for 930. No one had come or called so I reached out at 1030. I was told that my car was not set up for valet. I asked if it would be possible for them to get it valeted because that is what I had requested. The girl on the phone was not very nice or helpful but she said she would work on it and give me a call when someone was on the way. Around 1130 my doorbell rang. The only reason I answered was that it looked like my neighbor. It was the person coming to pick up the car up. The problem is he arrived in an Uber (it had left by the time I got to the door) and there was no visible way for me to know that he worked with the dealer. This also meant that I did not get a loaner car. I ended up giving him my car because I needed to have it looked at. Around 130 I got an email stating that my car was ready for pickup. I called because of the issues that I had in the morning and I wanted to make sure that they were bringing it back to me because I did not have a car to go pick it up. I find out when I called that my car was not ready and they didn't know when it was going to be ready. My car was not dropped off until after 330. The gentleman that dropped off my car then waited outside for an Uber. This was very awkward for me. It was cold but I didn't feel comfortable letting him in. It should not be common practice to send people in Ubers. That is shady business practice. I already talked to the manager but he did nothing to resolve the issue. They could have vacuumed the car or something to make up for it but they offered nothing. More

The lady that helped us was wonderful! But it took about 3 and a half hours longer than I was told it would. And the dealership wanted to charge me about $600 to fix a piece of plastic on But it took about 3 and a half hours longer than I was told it would. And the dealership wanted to charge me about $600 to fix a piece of plastic on my visor that is $100 on Amazon. Really?!?! Insane. More

First time I used them for a big problem. My service person is wonderful. She stays on top of it. I will not fill out any more ratings. During my most recent visit I had some trouble with the service department. I couldn't get in touch with them. I would leave a message and wouldn't get a call back. After a few days I called again. I left service department. I couldn't get in touch with them. I would leave a message and wouldn't get a call back. After a few days I called again. I left a message for them to go ahead with the recommended services and when I picked up they car the service hadn't been done. I had to go to another place of business to get the other services done. I also was told they would have my car back to me in 3 business days. However, they had my car 2 weeks with no updates. When I asked for a loaner the department said they were out. After a few days they gave me a loaner that was fithy inside and had not been cleaned. I called approximately 5 times over those two weeks. I was very unhappy with the service. My family has purchased 9 cars from that dealership and I don't plan on buying one again. More

We brought our Volvo here for service after several bad experiences with a different mechanic shop. We worked with Danielle in service and she was very helpful and sympathetic to our past issues.
