Cumbersome vehicle retrieval: Vehicle drop off and customer service went fine enough. Service department used Uber as its shuttle service. It snowed so it seems service department went home early? Uber driver did not show up, or maybe I did something wrong on my end that was never explained I need to do? Called service department before close. Service department was not picking up phone. Someone from another department helped by walking over there. 1 person was staffing the service department. Told him I about the Uber situation and I would be there a couple of minutes after closing. He assured me he’d be there. Got there a couple minutes after closing and there was no one to be found in their service department. I walked around the dealership looking for help. It took some time but eventually someone from another department filled in and was able to give me my car back. Seems like a wonky/cumbersome shuttle system. Service department fled at the sight of snow and did not communicate anything about this to the costumers. Service department did nothing to follow through to see if “shuttle system” was working as it should. Car was there but costumer was not? no employee was taking responsibility to follow up why? No effort to communicate with costumer. Everyone was like “f it I’m out of here.” All this despite the costumer trying to communicate with the service department. More

I had been having issues with my catalytic converter. I got an email from Bob Penkus informing me of a recall to my catalytic converter. They fixed it for free and did an amazing job! It was an awful experience I took my vehicle in for a 10k maintenance and they had it for two days because they failed to fix recall items that I had to point out. They lied about my alignment after I had as maintenance and they had it for two days because they failed to fix recall items that I had to point out. They lied about my alignment after I had asked them several times to inspect they told me there was nothing wrong but another dealership showed me the alignment report with significant issues. I will find somewhere else to service my 80k dollar car. I got bette4 service with my 17k Passat on the VW side of the service center. More
