Danielle Mcdiarmid, Keana Barthelemy, Randold Rodriguez, and Consula are amazing folks - great dealership! Had a crazy wretched noise and they fixed (replaced flywheel (twice) and torque converter. The transmission still shifts janky from 3rd to 6th, always has. I guess I got one of the defected 2020 10r80s. Al Packer, Mullinax and now Wayne all couldn't fix it or even admit the lousy upshifts, but I guess that's that. Hopefully I can get a refund on my "Extended Warranty" LOL Jokes aside, Wayne Akers is all great people and great service for regular maintenance, and impressive pickup and delivery. Cheers! More

Tech was wonderful. However, I can't understand the bill. The service was at no charge, and yet, the bill was $167.00 for the oil change. Where did the other $30.00 come from? Danille explained the oil necessary for a Hybrid is pricier, but, it STILL didn't come close to adding up. I feel a lack of transparency and that we were over-charged. A follow-up is necessary here, please. Otherwise, our new truck will be serviced elsewhere. More
