I can't get over how easy Wayne Akers Ford made taking care of the Ford safety recalls. The guys that picked my car up at my home we're great, and then they delivered it back to where I work and I did not care of the Ford safety recalls. The guys that picked my car up at my home we're great, and then they delivered it back to where I work and I did not have to worry about it for a moment. FYI, the dealership where I actually bought my Ford escape wanted to keep my car 4 to 5 days after they inspected it and after they ordered the part. Thank you so much for the service, the peace of mind, and I will be seeing you again for future service and purchases. More

Great customer service, they picked my car up at my work for recall and oil change. Only complaint is they used my car for personal use. Passenger seat was fully laid back, plugged in my charger that was st for recall and oil change. Only complaint is they used my car for personal use. Passenger seat was fully laid back, plugged in my charger that was stored in middle console. Also got an alert that the top speed was 89 mph. Put over 100 miles on my vehicle. Went from Boca Raton to lake worth then later on went to Palm Springs then to west palm beach then back to lake worth then brought car back to Boca Raton. I have LoJack and safe drive and save with statewide. Danielle was excellent with updating me on my vehicle, customer service was excellent More

It was an excellent experience with Wayne Akers service and Yankiel. He kept me informed on the service, had the service performed exactly as needed, and provided me with a loaner vehicle since the service and Yankiel. He kept me informed on the service, had the service performed exactly as needed, and provided me with a loaner vehicle since the service required my vehicle to be held overnight. The women handling the loaner vehicle also were exceptional. I used to go to Al Packer service, but no longer. I will now go to Wayne Akers for all of my Ford service needs. They are efficient, fulfill their service promise, and their service area doesn't look like a bomb hit it (which Al Packer looks like). More

I can't believe that I just bought a car and already I have a transmission coolant pump connector line that's broken. And my radio is going off, come back on its own. When I took it to you, you wanna charge me Close to $700 to take care of the car that I have less than 2 years, ordered it from you. That's the worst experience I ever have in my life. By the way Daniel didn't help. She didn't ask how can she help with the situation. She just wanted me to pay the money or come get the car. Even though, in 2 year I bought 2 brand new cars from you. A 2022 f150 powered boost and a 2023 maverick lariat. How can Frod treats a customer like that. I even have stock with you guys. Unreal. More
