Our service advisor, Khristian Ramirez is fantastic with customer service and relaying information. Wayne Ackers service department care we extremely disappointed in. Our vehicle has been damaged multiple times while being serviced (sunroof left open during rain, big scratch on the front of the car, and ding in passenger door), multiple times dirty hand prints on the inside/outside of the vehicle (we have tan interior), and laziness when removing sticker tags (not fully removing and left all cracked on windshield). More

The service writers here are rude and non communicative. They do not answer the phones or call back. They do not live up to the time line that they provide. I understand things change but why schedule and appointment and be out a vehicle for them to not even look at it for days. My initial experience here was pretty poor. I will say at the end after talking to a manager they did try to make things right. I do appreciate that. But at the end of the day i shouldn't have to get a manager involved ti be treated fairly. I do not think i would use this dealership again in the future. More
