Lance is an exceptional salesperson who stands out from all other sales people I met so far . He spent a great deal of time answering my questions making sure I understand every aspect, he never pushes you to make any decisions , he keeps things simple,clear,transparent and straightforward. He also has that personal touch which makes you feel at home. On the day of delivery Lance and Myles(Finance Director)made sure everything was in order, documents were ready to sign , car was detailed perfectly and ready for delivery on time , no last-minute hustle . Myles ensured we understand financing terms clearly and helped us make a choice on available care packages. Lance also arranged a porter to pick us up from a nearby metra station. I researched the market extensively before finalizing to buy my Acura MDX , I visited several Acura dealerships in Chicagoland and found none of them to be even close to the sort of experience offered at this dealership. They are unmatched in terms of customer service, pricing and transparency. My advice to all prospective buyers - Do yourself a favor and visit this dealership at least once before you decide upon purchasing elsewhere.You will not be disappointed. More

The Muller's Woodfield representatives were responsive and constantly working to make the buying experience as smooth as possible. I was very happy with the assistance I received from Norma and Danielle to get the desired vehicle and price. Barb and Patrick were great to work with at closing. All in all a wonderful experience. I suggested to Barbara that Muller's Woodfield place a billboard or two in Michigan. The entire buying experience with Muller's Woodfield top notch. Well worth the 3 and 1/2 hour drive to purchase our 2019 Acura RDX. More

I was replacing a mercedes so looking for luxury. I was presently surprised with my sales person Seth Gibrick and how easy he was to work with. He explained everything to me like I was a friend and he was very informative. The decision was easy comparing acura to the competition. Other cars optioned what acura applied as standard. The down payment and monthly lease payment was $400-$500 less then the competition. Great experience and I will be back soon to replace my wife's Audi Q5 More
