I was close to a deal on a used MDX with Kevin. I am from out of state and questioned a charge for licensing in IL as I could transfer my WI plates. I then asked about seeing the title on the car I am from out of state and questioned a charge for licensing in IL as I could transfer my WI plates. I then asked about seeing the title on the car I was purchasing I wanted to review. That's when the trouble started Kevin seemed hesitant on that topic when I called by phone. He was suppose to contact me but didn't so I emailed, still didn't hear anything. Then a gal from their follow-up dept was kind enough to contact me and then finally a call from Kevin who didn't mention the title issue but told me the numbers weren't right when a week earlier we were with approximately $350.00 of a sale. Everything I know and have had experience with tells me I should be able to see the title on a car before trading to make sure it is accurate and the dealer owns that car yet Kevin called the deal off and said it was money. I suspect the dealership did not have the MDX titled in their name. All too illusive for me especially when trading from out of state. More

Lance was wonderful during the whole shopping experience which isn’t very easy in our current economy. My husband and I appreciated that he listened to our wants, concerns and was providing us vehicle spec which isn’t very easy in our current economy. My husband and I appreciated that he listened to our wants, concerns and was providing us vehicle specifications, inventory and pricing on a regular basis via our preferred method. We never felt pressured even when it took us a couple of months to finally make the purchase due to us welcoming our son. Even post-purchase Lance continues to check up and make sure he can answer any and all questions that pop up. My husband commented on how different the purchasing experience at Muller’s Woodfield is verses competitors and would highly recommended. This is why we now own 2 Acuras and both from Muller’s. More

I bought a 19 TLX from Muller's Woodfield Acura. I live about 3 hours away and they had a vehicle I was interested in so I contacted them via the website. The entire buying process went smoothly without any hiccups. I got my questions answered over the phone and made arrangements to fly down and purchase the vehicle. Danielle, the internet sales manager, George, my salesman, and Jeff, the finance manager, all worked quickly to ensure everything was ready within a few days for me to buy the car and drive it home. George was even nice enough to pick me up at the airport, which I greatly appreciated. The car was even better in person than in the pictures. Muller's Woodfield Acura's detail person did an absolutely fantastic job. I signed the paperwork and was out of there, and on my way home, within an hour of arriving at the dealership. I really appreciate Muller's Woodfield Acura going out of their way to ensure that my distance buying experience went flawlessly. Thank you Danielle, George, and Jeff! More

5 STAR SERVICE!! By far the best buying/leasing experience I've had in 30 years. The whole process was completely painless. Professional, courteous and respectful staff. We negotiated everything by email. I completed the credit application from the comfort of my home. When we arrived at the dealership our car was waiting for us in a separate area to view. We met with Jared Muller who was also great to work with. We went over a few papers and went on to the Finance Manager, Myles Bauer. He had all our information ready, sat down signed a few forms and were on our way. Miles was also terrific. The whole dealership experience lasted less than an hour. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Acura or used car. More

As the top leader of service department, What I thought the duty is not only the service department cause, most reasons because the Sale department, the car I have purchased is precertified, Honda CRV 201 the duty is not only the service department cause, most reasons because the Sale department, the car I have purchased is precertified, Honda CRV 2015, and I also bought the extended warranty with the car, and not over half a year ,(just 3000 Miles more riding on the road for me community working around west suburb around Chicago ,the very good road condition sites. the passenger side front tire exploded, and then I tow it to Valley Honda service Department, and be told the other 3 tires got very bad condition and deny service of extended warranty.,and right now, My car is going to the car insurance company repair process, I had to pay extra $500 for the damage, and also I need to pay other extra tires replace fee for about $700,How can that be,? What I thought both my insurance company and me are victims, because Muller should have to take all of the duty. if not so, I will report to Honda USA and State Farm cancel the Muller's qualification of the certify service center and cancel all the on sale car's insurance contract. More
