No drama, no hassles, no suprises. These days - it's great. From making the appointment to picking up the finished car, the whole experience was seamless. They were busy when I dropped off and my service From making the appointment to picking up the finished car, the whole experience was seamless. They were busy when I dropped off and my service writer was with another customer. Another was assigned to help me - no delay and I didn't have to ask. The lady who acted as the "valet", and brought the car to me at pickup was especially friendly and professional. I did not catch her name; she deserves some recognition. Text updates were a nice feature. I really liked knowing what the bill was before coming to pick up. A first-class process with great customer service. Many others need to take notes. More
