She listened, asked probing questions, and the rest flowed naturally. She was calm, not overbearing in getting me to a place that maybe I did not want to be. Helped in every manner. One of the best car purchasing experiences, in our tactical business relationship, ever.
Macrocsopically, there were a few disconnects, that, while not game-stoppers, do contribute to that 1% that differentiate Casey from all others. The car was not ready for me at pickup time - battery charging was not complete; minus the Genius experience, which was good, I spent an additional 2-plus hours in the store, before I was ready to depart. I love all of these folks, but there seemed to be a slight disconnect in between process steps. Sales manager was great. The finance guy was great….the people worked with the process they had.
Lastly, I forwarded an email that I would have loved be shared with the people working on the assembly line…..to connect their efforts to delivering a wonderful car to a customer they did not know. My intention was to close that gap….my own leadership experience tells me that this matters when it comes to job satisfaction.

I don't know what magic she pulled up but I drove off with a Mercedes Benz, low mileage, less monthly payment than I expected. She offered me snacks and water while I was waiting for the paperwork to go thru. Thank you Danisha Tisdom for your patience and your outstanding customer service.
