if the issues with me car would have been fixed the first time i brought the car in i would be a lot nicer but i had to bring my car in 4 times to fix the same problem. every time i was told it was re first time i brought the car in i would be a lot nicer but i had to bring my car in 4 times to fix the same problem. every time i was told it was repaired, it was not! then another problem occurred after they did fix the one issue on the 4th visit. they tried to jerk me around and make me bring my car back bc a part wasnt in, but i refused to comply. and wouldnt ya know, the next day i got a call saying the part was in! i had to put the heat up to 79 in order for the heat to come out warm, john told me that's normal. which is total xxxxxxxx! i know how car heat works. honestly to be spoken to like i'm an idiot bc i'm a woman, was absolutely horrible. i wouldnt recommend this dealership or Cadillac in general to anyone. both cars i had were garbage! overpriced pieces of xxxx! More
