They really know how to take care of people I started coming to this service department after the dealer I got my car from let me down. I have been extremely happy ever since. On a recent visit to have a leaking tire looked at, my SA really went the extra mile. First off, I did not have an appointment but they took me right in anyway. Turns out I needed two new tires because they were badly worn. They only had one, but would be able to order another one and have them both installed same day. Since this would take a long time, they set me up in a service loaner (something I wasn't entitled to since this was not warranty work). All I can say is great customer service and I would recommend them. More

I had my first breakdown with my 2011 Cadillac CTS after 40000 miles of trouble free driving. The staff at Paul Conte Cadillac notably Danny Gianinni were ready to respond to my predicament in a first class 40000 miles of trouble free driving. I was running a tight schedule for work and they were able to get me a rental car within 45 minutes of my breakdown, and my CTS was repaired and ready by the next morning. Very impressive. I felt a real sense of team spirit from their staff. More

I was concerned about how my wife's Cadillac DTS was running. Even though the car had not been purchased at Paul Conte Cadillac I called for a service appointment on a Saturday morning. An appointment running. Even though the car had not been purchased at Paul Conte Cadillac I called for a service appointment on a Saturday morning. An appointment was made for me that Monday morning. A loaner car was waiting when I arrived. I was greeted by Danny the service advisor at Paul Conte Cadillac. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. I requested a thorough inspection of the car be performed as I sensed the car just didn't seem to be running right. Danny assured me a complete inspection would be made. I then knew I was in good hands. As I suspected repairs were required. Danny keep me informed as what needed to be done. The work was done right, timely and at a fair price. When I arrived to pick up the car Danny took me through the checklist of the items inspected and repairs made. He made the process one of the best experiences I have had at a Cadillac dealership! More

Danny was my service consultant and I just enjoyed the experience. It was fast and the waiting room was very comfy. I have owned or leased a Cadillac from Paul Conte Cadillac for many years. I have alway had an exceptional purchasing experience receiving a great vehicle for a fair price. The service has always b Cadillac for many years. I have alway had an exceptional purchasing experience receiving a great vehicle for a fair price. The service has always been first class however, last year during Super Storm Sandy, the folk at Paul Conte went over and above in order to assist me. My 2011 CTS was flooded out and totalled by the storm. Pat McCabe assisted me quickly in rolling over my lease into a new vehicle. It took longer than normal to prep my new auto so Pat loaned me his own vehicle so that I could keep an important doctor's appointment. Tom Loche, who has been my my service rep., offered me and my family his home to live in throughout the storm while I had no electric power or heat. I feel indebted to both these employees of Paul Conte Cadillac. It isn't often that you find such good natured people. Paul Conte Cadillac should be proud of their staff. Their efforts have made me a Paul Conte Cadillac customer for as long as I can afford to purchase a Cadillac. More

I have been servicing my Cadillacs at Paul Conte for years with Danny and he is excellent. The day I picked up my vehicle after hours he was gone for the night so I worked with a new young lady that gre years with Danny and he is excellent. The day I picked up my vehicle after hours he was gone for the night so I worked with a new young lady that greeted me with a smile even tho it appeared she was very busy. I am a elderly woman and she catered to me beyond words. I was returning a rental and was very cold she switched my belongings out of my loaner into my vehicle for me and turned my heat on in the process so I could depart in a warm vehicle I offered a tip and she declined and beautifully stated "Im just doing whats right" I was contemplating returning my lease and purchasing a Honda but after my last experience and the kindness I was shown I will again purchase next month! Great addition Paul Conte you guys are great!! More

The word is Consistent. I have consistently been treated in a friendly manner. The Service representative Danny always explains the processes that are involved. Even the Auto Technician Tony came into the c in a friendly manner. The Service representative Danny always explains the processes that are involved. Even the Auto Technician Tony came into the customer lounge to explain and ask if i had any questions. It's hard today to get customer service in this fashion. I have been a Customer Relations Supervisor for a major Utility for 32 years. These guys are good and respectful,Informative. My car has always been returned ,repaired running better than I expected. They aren't parts changers. They diagnose what is wrong with the car and make the necessary repairs at a reasonable price. What impressed me the most was how Danny and the Auto Technician thanked me for choosing them to work on my car and told me to call if I had any problems with the repair. I will refer and keep coming back to Paul Conte Cadillac. More
