However, Danny said he sent the cargo cover to you twice and has gotten sent back to us. Maybe there is something wrong with the shipping address...lets try to straighten that out so we can send it to you and try to help with the bad experience you have had! Thanks again

Hi, I have already spoken to upper management, and they are aware of the situation. Although, they were profusely apologetic, the number of lapses in customer service cannot be undone. For instance, after i bought my car, as stated in my review, i never received my pre-owned cert. paperwork; it took me a number of phone calls over 6 weeks to get this in the mail. I also had to contact Acura HQ and file a formal complaint for which someone followed-up. Everything from picking up my car (delivery) to ordering an extra part, so i could give your dealership some extra business, was plainly handled badly. On the service side, i ordered parts and asked that they simply be shipped to me, i never received it. I had to call several times to inquire and 4 weeks later i just asked for my money back. I also complained about this to the Acura HQ, but obviously there is no resolution that could be made. I received a phone call from upper management a few weeks ago, and they said the part would be sent to me free of charge as a courtesy, i still have not received it a few weeks later.

Hi, I have no idea why that would happen, i have a doorman and I've never not received a package in the mail. If this was an issue, Danny should have called me, i'm sure he has my phone number on file. To be quite honest, and as i conveyed to Danny, the liner is not the whole issue. My principal issue was/is my numerous interactions with this dealership (from sales to service) and the lack of customer service; the liner is simply an item in my long list of complaints; even Danny agreed with me when i spoke with him over the phone. He understood why i will not be coming back to this dealership for another car or service in the future. Thanks
