Fairly hassle-free We enjoyed dealing with our saleman, Dan, who was not high pressure but offered good discounts and a fair trade-in offee. The A.C. in the business office was really cold for my summer attire, and it took over an hour. By the time we were finished I was frozen and very tired. Dan is very knowledgeable and offered a tutorial on my Rav 4's many feature which we scheduled for later. My husband said this buying experience was much better than previous ones at Joe Machens. More
