Customer Service at its Best!!! I just recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Brewster Subaru in NY. I normally don't take the time to write a review, but in this instance, I just recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Brewster Subaru in NY. I normally don't take the time to write a review, but in this instance, I felt compelled. Having time to reflect on my buying experience, I realized over the 8 cars I've purchased in my lifetime, I have never felt so happy and comfortable with the process. I can honestly say, the staff, leadership, and quality of the office space and environment, is second to none. Nelson, the General Manager, is the real deal when it comes to professionalism, creativity, patience and first class service. The quality of a Subaru can sell itself, but it's the staff, process, and buying experience that makes all of the difference. I highly recommend Brewster Subaru for your next car purchase, whether a trade-in or a brand new car, and even their car service & maintenance team. - Michele B. More

GREAT EXPECTATIONS!!! I went to Brewster Subaru on a rainy Saturday midday.... I walked around the area and looked in and out of cars (Crosstreks of course) and then I went I went to Brewster Subaru on a rainy Saturday midday.... I walked around the area and looked in and out of cars (Crosstreks of course) and then I went inside. To my surprise I met Bruce...what a wonderful person to do business with. Bruce was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming. It was a blessing to walk into a dealership and not want to run for the hills. Thank you Bruce and all the employees at Brewster for making my Subaru purchase a great one!!! It was so great that my husband went back 4 weeks later and purchased a 2017 WRX and we are loving both cars!!!!! Thank you again!! More
