Service - 1st Visit - Exceptional Bought a 2019 Outback that came with the two year service coverage. First time visit ever and set a 7:30am appointment to get it out of the way and j Bought a 2019 Outback that came with the two year service coverage. First time visit ever and set a 7:30am appointment to get it out of the way and just in case it took longer as I had no idea what to expect. They advised 45 minutes upon arrival, for a 6,000 mile service (oil change, tire rotation, visual inspection, and, a car wash), came out at 8:15am, showed me the inspection form and went over it, they reminded me it's got synthetic oil in it and to stick with that should I go elsewhere, and I was on my way. It can't get any easier than that. More

Tire gauge suprise My tire light came on in my Subaru Outback. I was fortunate to be near the Subaru of Jax. I pulled in and ask them to check my tires. Not only did My tire light came on in my Subaru Outback. I was fortunate to be near the Subaru of Jax. I pulled in and ask them to check my tires. Not only did I have a nail in one tire but a second tire as well. They patched my tire and got me on my way in 1 1/2 hours. Super nice since it was an unexpected visit. I so appreciate Mike, Gabe and Danny who helped me out. More
