One-year scheduled maintenance Yesterday my wife took her 2018 Subaru of 1 year/7,316 miles in for scheduled maintenance. The Express Service was great and they started on it right away... in and out in about half an hour... with a quick vacuuming and wash, as well! We want to thank Mike, Gabe, and Dan for their excellent and courteous service... as always at Subaru of Jacksonville. We love the Forester! More

Excellent Service Dept Staff and Tech I went in to the Service Dept for a recall appointment for my Subaru Forrester 2016 and I was immediately greeted warmly by two very polite gentleman I went in to the Service Dept for a recall appointment for my Subaru Forrester 2016 and I was immediately greeted warmly by two very polite gentleman. Christian checks me in and told me I could wait for about 45 minutes for the service at the lobby where they have some drinks, coffee and snacks with a big screen TV. The place is very clean and has a welcoming vibe. Then 20 minutes later I got a text saying my car was done because the two tech helped each other to get the job done as quickly as possible. Danny happily ushered me back to the service counter to get some paperwork signed and checked me out.. my experience with this car dealership is always excellent. I was telling those guys at the service department that when I bought my First Subaru almost three years ago from this dealership I was in and out with a brand new Forrester within 2 hours!!! That was the easiest, painless and fastest car buying experience I ever had in my whole life here ! I recalled buying my very first car at Ford and my second car at Honda where I practically was stressed and exhausted at the end of the day. And how I hated my Ford car. I love my Hionda CRV but now I am and will always be faithful to SUBARU ONLY!!! More

Dan and Gabe took excellent care of me from start to finish. More
