Top Notch Customer Service! The air pressure guage was showing up on my dashboard. I was in the area and stopped and asked if they would check my tires. Daniel Kane, Jr. Servic The air pressure guage was showing up on my dashboard. I was in the area and stopped and asked if they would check my tires. Daniel Kane, Jr. Service Advisor said "not to worry" he would have the tires checked right away. I said I was going to come in the following week for maintenance and he said they could also take care of it while I was there. He had me wait in the Customer Lounge and periodically came in to tell me what they found with the tires and what it would cost to fix, etc. Also, he found I had a credit to have my headlights cleaned and did want that done also. Daniel kept me informed, was so pleasant and professional and making me feel at ease. Everything was taken care of and I don't have to bring the car back until my next regular scheduled maintenance. I couldn't be more pleased. They even washed the car for me as an added bonus. They made my weekend! More
