We had not considered getting out of our lease and had no clue it would even be possible until Robert Cooper asked if we would consider if he could get the numbers right. Our sales person, Danny Koon, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Agreed on price at noon on New Years Eve. Could not sign final papers until 3:30pm. Was told there was a shortage of Finance staff bec knowledgeable. Agreed on price at noon on New Years Eve. Could not sign final papers until 3:30pm. Was told there was a shortage of Finance staff because of the holiday. The man who handled the paperwork was apologetic for the delay, and patient with our frustration. Totally unreasonable to take this much time to close the deal! More

My experience at this dealership was outstanding! Adrian was super knowledgeable, assistive, and he quickly assessed my situation to provide me with the option that was most suitable to my needs. Excellent Experience I had a terrific experience at this dealership. I dreaded looking for a new vehicle- after visiting several other dealerships much closer to my home a I had a terrific experience at this dealership. I dreaded looking for a new vehicle- after visiting several other dealerships much closer to my home and getting exactly what one might expect...sales pressure, gimmicks etc. I reached out via email to inquire about a vehicle. I received a polite phone call from Mr.Danny Koon and an email- no pressure just an invitation to see the vehicle when it worked for me- with a promise if the vehicle sold before then he would call me to allow me to decide if I still wanted to come to look at other options. At the dealership there was no crazy gimmicks. Mr.Koon took his time to show me the vehicle and take for a test drive- no pressure at all afterwards- I had already done enough research to know the model was a good car- I decided to make the purchase because I felt respected by this dealership and their staff. The process was actually PLEASANT and I feel like I have made several friends - every single person from the financial person to the service manager was polite and no pressure. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here- Mr.Koon was older then me by a good bit- I honestly felt like it was my Dad trying to make sure I was getting a good and safe car- I really appreciated the whole experience. It was worth driving past several other dealerships!! There was also a great gentleman- can't remember what department but noticed my husbands Buffalo Bills Jacket- he was super friendly and nice!! More
