I would give the dealership a zero star if it was available! I ordered a new truck and never received a confirmation from Ford and no contact from the dealership on the status. When the truck finally arrived it was damaged from shipping. The windshield was broken and I was told they would expedite a windshield. This took 3-4 weeks to arrive! During the financing process, Mike Warren was focused on was getting me to buy a warranty!!! They neglected to apply my down payment money from ordering my truck. As soon as I realize this I brought this to their attention. Sorry, this may take up to a week to refund your money! Seriously? I get immediate refunds everywhere else! I pick up the truck, which they never inspected and barely cleaned! As I get home, I realize the front right rim is damaged. I send pictures to my salesman( Dan Larsen). No response! I bring the truck back to show them the damage. At first they say it was damaged at the factory and take pictures. I dont hear anything back on the rim, so I stop in to talk to Dan. He states that the service department is blaming me for the damage to the wheel! After a month I press the issue and they say to bring the truck in. I drop off the truck and when I pick up the truck I find out they didnt replace the rim on my brand new truck, they tried to repair it! Which didnt work! ITS A BRAND NEW TRUCK!!! NO REPAIRING, SHOULD BE REPLACED! Then, I am told they will order a new rim for my truck!!! I start to inspect the truck more and find an issue in the wheel well. Factory defect! They inspect and say it needs to go to body shop to inspect further. 2 months later they call and say bring the truck in for the body shop and a new rim! No rental is available and I get a 10 year old truck to use while my brand new truck is in the shop! Oddly enough I seen they have courtesy trucks, but I wasnt given one!? The dealership calls and say the parts are back ordered at the body shop! Why would you not order the parts ahead of time???? You had 2 month to get the parts. I go and get my truck. The new paint has swirl marks in it and needs to be repaired! Brand new paint and it was poorly done! Brand new truck!!! 10 Minutes away I turn on my left blinker and it doesnt work! I immediately call and go back to the dealership. Between the body shop and Tenvoorde service department, they did not do a safety inspection after working on my truck! My blinkers, trailer 7 pin connector, license plate lights were all unplugged from painting the box on the truck! Also, my antenna was missing. Unacceptable! I contact Craig and he begins to blame me for losing the antenna when I picked the truck up from the body shop. I informed him I did not pick up my truck! I have left continual messages with Craig and he never returns my call! I am still waiting for a call from Craig. Craig, for some reason, has no way to rate his service Zero stars More

My salesman Dan Larsen was great. Nothing against him, but the first salesman I talked to on the phone was rude. Almost made me go to Annandale to buy my truck. Additionally, some of the staff didn't seem to be able to answer some of my questions. I was annoyed that my truck did not come with a simple key fob. I'm still annoyed actually. My salesman also didn't know how ford pass worked, and wasn't sure if my truck had it (it does, but he didn't know how to activate it.) Also, I was told cruise control was something I could add later, but it sounds like that turned out to be false. Maybe an aftermarket addition, but nothing from the dealer. Either someone was lying to me, or they just didn't know. Either way, I'm underwhelmed with my overall experience. More
