They lost many of the plastic trim locking tabs. They lost one bolt. They did not replace the high or low pressure service port covers. They did not install the front grille correctly. The labor was crazy high. I don’t expect to have to go behind somebody that I just paid $900 to do a job. But here we are. More

The service folks are always friendly! They make sure I'm updated as work is being done on my Passport. They explain everything I may have questions about. All three go out of their way to see that my Passport and I are happy! =) The work bay is amazing at how clean it is. My dad owned a service station for several years, he tried to keep it clean, but it was never as shiny clean as this! My Passport is my first Honda purchase. When I'm ready to purchase again (several years from now!), I will get another Passport! More

We have always had a pleasant experience at the dealership until last October at our annual service. Came home with a notification about our tires on the dash. Had to call for help. Yesterday we dealership until last October at our annual service. Came home with a notification about our tires on the dash. Had to call for help. Yesterday we drove away with the oil can saying oil 100%. Now I hope I can find in our owners manual how to delete this. This seems trivial, however what other details have gone unnoticed? How can they deliver the car upfront and not see the message on the dash. I had high hopes it would go away. No! There was a car wanting out behind me so I drove out. More
